Settings
Every tenant has his own settings, editable in this Settings section
Recover VM messages dialing your own same number – allows you to retrieve your voicemail messages by dialing your own number. For example, if you were calling from extension 100, you would dial 100 to reach Voicemail
When recovering your same number VM, prompt for password – when dialing own number to retrieve Voicemail, do you want to ask for a password?
Dial timeout – default dial timeout to use when not specified in the various options described throughout this document.
Max call duration – maximum call duration in seconds.
Dialout digit -- allow you to define a digit to use for dialing out. If not set, all non-local numbers are dialed outbound
Voicemail Message Language -- lets you specify the default language to use for VoiceMail audio prompts. This value can be set for each voicemail individually.
Parking log timeout -- specifies how long in second a call can stay parked before returning tothe parking extension.
Save pcap of every call let's you capture the pcap of every call received by the PBX fordebug purpose. Call logs are saved in the database for easy recovery. The tool used forcapturing the traffic is VoIPMonitor.
Default CallerID for autocreated custom destinations --This is the callerid to use when the system needs to generate a Custom Destination, like for example when an unconditionaltransfer is set using a feature code.
Recording
Recording format – you can choose what format the audio recordings will have (these are the audio recordings made during the calls)
Recording sender name – the e-mail name to use when sending out audio recordings.
Recording sender email – the email address to use when sending out audio recordings (Please make sure the proper SPF/DomainKeys records are set up on your DNS or your outbound emails might be treated as Spam by receiving mail server)
Faxing
Sender email name – the email name to use when sending out incoming faxes via e-mail
Sender email address – the email address to use when sending out incoming faxes via email (Please make sure the proper SPF/DomainKeys records are set up on your DNS or your outbound emails might be treated as Spam by receiving mail server)
API Interface
API Key – API key to use when accessing API functions
Read Only API Key – API Key to use with read-only privileges when accessing API functions.
Music On Hold
Media Files – what files to play as audio on-hold music
Streaming service – URL to use to get music on hold from an audio/MOH server (for example: http://s9.voscast.com:7136/ )
Security
Restrict to IP addresses: List of IP addresses that are allowed to use this account.
Call Settings
Volume TX level – volume transmit level (use it to adjust the audio level on outbound/tx)
Volume RX level – volume receive level (use it to adjust the audio level on inbound/rx)
Distinctive ringing – set up distinctive rings for internal, external, transfer, queue calls (allows users to easier find out where a call is coming from before picking it up)
On call start, run AGI script – before each call start, run AGI script – allows the system to run an AGI script before each call starts (useful for example if you want to trigger a HTTP post to a CRM application such as Sugar/TigerCRM/etc or if you want to log the call start to a radius server – or just to send out an email when a call starts)
On call end, run AGI script – after each call ends, run AGI script – allows the system to run an AGI script after each call ends (useful for example if you want to trigger a HTTP post to a CRM application such as Sugar/TigerCRM/etc or if you want to log the call end to a radius server – or just to send out an email when a call ends)
DB Data Retention
This section allows you to configure how long you want to keep various logs stored in the database.
Web Calls
Enable web calls – allows you to enable/disable access to an URL which can trigger calls.
Useful if you want to connect the system with SugarCRM , or some other online hosted service such as Callinize.
For example, calling this URL:

Will make extension 104 to ring, once answered, extension 102 is dialed and then the calls are connected.
